Support your way
We can provide support workers rostered to the participant's funded support hours, or guests can bring their own support workers. We'll agree who provides support, and when, before the stay.
NDIS funding
Stays are claimed against the participant's STA funding at NDIS price limits. Accommodation is provided by Tom Oates trading as Manly House Group (ABN 15 288 464 005) and support by Manly House Group Pty Ltd, each under a written service agreement.

Clontarf House is located at Castle Rock Beach in Clontarf, on Sydney Harbour between Mosman and Manly on the Northern Beaches. It's one of Sydney's most beautiful and tranquil harbourside locations.
The accommodation is recently redecorated and accessible, with wider doorways, step-free access, accessible bathrooms and provision for ceiling hoists. Floor hoists, commodes and other equipment are available. It is suitable for people with complex physical disability as well as those with less intensive support needs.
Manly Beach, the Manly ferry and Taronga Zoo are all close by for walks, lunches and days out.
Clontarf House is operated by Manly House Group, which also provides specialist disability accommodation (SDA) and supported independent living (SIL) at two locations on the Northern Beaches.
